Lucknow : Raj Bhavan Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) India has been recorded by World Book of Records, London for its initiative “Padhe Lucknow Badhe Lucknow” Mission Organized by Raj Bhavan of Uttar Pradesh Jointly with- Lucknow University, Basic & Higher Secondary Education Department, Higher Education Department, Universities and Schools of Lucknow for simultaneously Book Reading from 11.00 am - 11.45 am with the participation of 9, 59,027 students across 2,278 institutions in the district of Lucknow on 01st October 2019 at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) India. The certificate of record was presented to Smt. Anandiben Patel, Hon'ble Governor, Uttar Pradesh (India) and Lucknow University by officials of WBR including Dr. Yogesh Mohan Gupta (Chancellor, IIMT University, Meerut), Dr. Pradeep Mishra, Mr. Anurag Pandey and Mr. Ashish Mishra along with other prominent guests. On this occasion, Mr. Hemant Rao, Principal Secretary to the Governor), Mr. Ashok Chandra (Special Secretary to the Governor), Mr. Keyur C. Sampat (OSD, Education, Raj Bhavan), Prof. S.P. Singh (Former VC, Lucknow University), Mr. S.K.
