The certificate of record was presented to Smt. Anandiben Patel, Hon'ble Governor, Uttar Pradesh (India) and Lucknow University by officials of WBR including Dr. Yogesh Mohan Gupta (Chancellor, IIMT University, Meerut), Dr. Pradeep Mishra, Mr. Anurag Pandey and Mr. Ashish Mishra along with other prominent guests. On this occasion, Mr. Hemant Rao, Principal Secretary to the Governor), Mr. Ashok Chandra (Special Secretary to the Governor), Mr. Keyur C. Sampat (OSD, Education, Raj Bhavan), Prof. S.P. Singh (Former VC, Lucknow University), Mr. S.K.
