Application Procedure at World Book Of Records

World Book of Records (WBR) invites people across the world to make their own record-breaking dream a reality. It is an ocean of hope and vision, where breaking records are those high tides, which are documented and awarded in its several editions. Regardless of the age,  caste, colour, religion and ethnicity, WBR stands strong for the humanitarian values and deeds and lists the worthy ones in their editions. Professionalism and integrity are its tools to reach the goals. There is a place for everyone in multiple editions like Gold, Silver, India, Kids  and Online Star 2020, where an application can be applied for the registration and to initiate the process further. Once applied, applicants are provided detailed information about the entire procedure of being published.

 

    1. Once the inquiry is received, all the information including application form, WBR Editions and WBR brochure and proposal are mailed from info@worldbookofrecords.uk.
    2. The applicant record holder has to fill up the application form and send us back through email with attached appropriate evidences to office@worldbookofrecords.uk.
    3. The inquiry can be further handed over to the adjudicator for further search, scanning and scrutiny of the applicant record holder's profile.

     

     

Adjudication

  1. The application form and relevant details are forwarded to the jury.
  2. All the information provided by the applicant is scanned and cross-checked along with the relevant proofs before approval.
  3. Once the through cross-checking is completed, an approval mail is sent back to the applicant.
  4. After the applicant receives an approval for the record, he/she has to complete the remaining documentation of process and fill up further information and deposit the processing and publication fees catering to various editions of WBR.

 

Record Verification

  1. The applicant has to confirm further proceedings in line with WBR rules and regulations through mail, post which an invoice will be raised by WBR through mail.
  2. Registration or processing fee should be addressed to the mentioned bank on WBR's invoice.
  3. An interview and discussion will be held between the applicant and WBR chief, Editor-in-chief or sub-editor.
  4. The final step will be the official confirmation letter by WBR after the completion of registration process and all the cross-checking and interview.
  5. To attempt the record, the applicant will have to adhere by WBR attempt protocol for provisional certificate to be issued on the date of attempted record.
  6. For original certificate, the applicant needs to show all the record attempt evidences.
  7. The final confirmed, original and authentic certificate with magazine and medal is endowed to the applicant in either WBR award ceremony or the ceremony organised by the applicant.
  8. The record is also mentioned on WBR magazine, www.worldbookofrecords.uk and www.wbrlive.uk for which the applicant need to provide a high resolution photograph with the certificate.
  9. Two copies of WBR magazine are sent to the applicant with a membership certificate of Alma World.

 

Certificate Presentation

Any attempt that is successfully accepted as having broken and/or set a record can be awarded an exclusive WBR certificate in recognition of the achievement. It is at WBR sole discretion which records are accepted to be published in The World Book of Records. Editorial decisions of WBR are final.

    • Translations of documents (where relevant)

Your record claim cannot be assessed unless you have supplied all relevant materials. Please send all documentation to concerned officer of WBR Procedure.
