Application Procedure at World Book Of Records

World Book of Records (WBR) invites people across the world to make their own record-breaking dream a reality. It is an ocean of hope and vision, where breaking records are those high tides, which are documented and awarded in its several editions. Regardless of the age,  caste, colour, religion and ethnicity, WBR stands strong for the humanitarian values and deeds and lists the worthy ones in their editions. Professionalism and integrity are its tools to reach the goals. The below given procedure, protocol and guidelines are applicable for all editions and certifications of World Book of Records which are International Edition, Premium Edition, Gold Edition, Asia Edition, India Edition, Kids Edition, Certificate of Excellence/Appreciation/Recognition/Commitment.


 

    1. On receiving the enquiry, all the information related to terms, conditions, guidelines & protocol along with application form, WBR editions, brochures and proposals shall be mailed through info@worldbookofrecords.uk .
    2. The applicant shall send the complete application form along with evidence in reference to the details in the application form at apply@worldbookofrecords.uk or office@worldbookofrecords.uk .

     

     

     

Verification

  1. The applicant has to get all the documents or evidences verified by the proponent who shall be proposing the applicant before submission of application form under proponent's seal and sign, which shall be a first step verification of the applicant.
  2. The applicant has to compulsorily fill a declaration form within the application before getting it signed & verified by the proponent for self-declaration of documents & evidences.
  3. A notarized affidavit, on confirmation of the law firm, must be submitted for the record claim mentioned in the application form. A verification report will be submitted by iudex International Law with an additional fees as per respective editions is mandatory.
  4. Any evidence by applicant of any form through digital or print format found to be false / fake / misguided after final certification of WBR shall be treated cancelled with immediate effect. Legal expense of judicial procedure shall be borne by the applicant.
  5. Applicant shall only have one chance of choosing the desired edition within the application form, once it is sent it can only be changed by the office of WBR.
  6. On receiving of the application form, it shall be sent to the adjudicator for evaluation & scrutiny and thereafter on confirmation of adjudicator the application form shall be sent to the jury for the approval.
  7. If the documents/evidences produced does not meet the requirement of verification process, then WBR shall have all the right to demand more/additional documents for completion of verification process.

 

 

Record Approval

  1. After the completion of the legal evaluation process by Iudex International Law, the applicant shall receive an approval mail through the official mail id office@worldbookofrecords.uk. 
  • CONFIRMATION
  1. After completion of all the processes mentioned above the applicant shall receive an official communication of confirmation from WBR.
  2. Any title Record/Honour claim issued by the jury panel shall be final. In case of any changes in the title, claimant shall submit an affidavit on notarized stamp with the desired changes.
  3. A UID certificate is issued by iUDEX International in digital format.

 

 

Certificate Presentation

1. The WBR issues the Record/Honour Certificate in a standard size of 12” x 18” and shall be compulsively received in hard copy. 

2. Those who have received the digital certificate and want to receive a Hard Copy certificate in an official ceremony also, then they will have to organize the Certification Ceremony by themselves and they will have to follow the official protocol of WBR.

    • Cover letter
    • Two witness statements
    • Photographs
    • Video footage
    • Media coverage
    • Additional evidence listed in the record-specific guidelines
    • Signed Agreement Regarding Supporting Materials
    • Translations of documents (where relevant)

Your record claim cannot be assessed unless you have supplied all relevant materials. Please send all documentation to concerned officer of WBR Procedure.
