World Book of Records
Alma was founded in 1999 by Trijugi Narayan Shukla, Manorama Shukla and Vishnu Prasad Shukla with a noble vision of contributing to the betterment of society. The foundation was built on the principle of empowering individuals through knowledge, compassion, and community service. One of its core initiatives has been providing free computer education to underprivileged sections of society, enabling them to develop essential digital skills and improve their employment opportunities in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Over the years, Alma has expanded its reach beyond education by actively engaging in various social welfare activities. The organization has been instrumental in supporting community development through initiatives such as distributing essential supplies to the needy, organizing health awareness programs, and promoting education among children from economically weaker backgrounds. Its commitment to social upliftment is reflected in its continuous efforts to create equal opportunities for all. Guided by its founding vision, Alma continues to inspire change by nurturing talent, encouraging education, and supporting humanitarian causes, making a meaningful difference in countless lives.
Building upon this strong foundation, World Book of Records was established in 2017 by Santosh Shukla under the guidance of Kalraj Mishra (Senior Indian politician) and Virendra Sharma (British-Indian Labour Party politician) with a broader international vision. World Book of Records Limited is an organization that catalogues and verifies extraordinary records across the world with authentic certification in the United Kingdom and Europe. It stands as a paramount global platform that inspires individuals to showcase their talents and encourages people to set or break records at an international level. The organization also invites individuals, institutions, and places of unique significance to be recognized and documented, honouring exceptional achievements worldwide.
Additionally, Alma Today and Alma Times in India function as key publications promoting developmental and positive journalism. They actively publish news, interviews, and success stories while upholding humanitarian values and Indian heritage.
