Miss Anushka Vani, from Sharjah (UAE) gets included by World Book of Records

Anushka is the youngest to perform the Chakrasana yoga/wheel pose for longest duration on snow at -5-degree temperature at the age of 8 years

Adults commonly practise yoga to help enhance their flexibility, with some postures making them stronger and flexible than others.Yoga and mindfulness were shown to improve wellness in children of school age. Yoga helps children improve their harmony, strength, stamina, and aerobic fitness. Yoga and mindfulness are also beneficial to children's mental health. Miss Anushka Vani of Sharjah, UAE, is the youngest girl to hold the Chakrasana/wheel pose for 1 minute and 20 seconds on snow at -5 degrees Celsius. Her astounding talent has been recognised by the World Book of Records, London andshe gets included in the Kids Edition-2022.

Yoga has already been shown to improve focus, cognition, self-esteem, academic achievement, and classroom behaviour in children, as well as to reduce stress and anxiety. Anushka has been flexible and adaptive since birth. Her interest in yoga was discovered during summer camp. Her school encouraged her on her new path. Even when she's at home, she enjoys doing yoga after she's finished watching TV. So, while practising, she asked her mother to record her video, and she was adamant about getting it recorded despite the fact that she was on snow. She received her yoga training from Prema, an Indian teacher. She has had a passion for yoga since childhood and has been practising for two years.

Parents with the right intentions and strong commitment want their children to excel, so they look for their children's areas of proficiency and innate strength to actively support them. Aside from yoga, Anushka excels in academics. She thrived in her studies, scoring above 90% three times, and has been offered a fellowship. She was also recognised in Dubai Fashion Week. In addition, she can recall 100 logos in 45 seconds. She wants to keep doing yoga while also learning to recognise 200-300 logos. Her ambition is to be a doctor. She considers sciences to be her favourite subject. She enjoys skating and swimming, and she also enjoys ice skating. Her extraordinary talent has been recognised by the India book of records.
