Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: In a landmark moment for Malaysia’s educational landscape, TMP Little Scientist Research Academy, based in Selangor, has been officially honoured by World Book of Records, UK for organizing the World Summit 2025: Largest Global STEM Olympiad a first-of-its-kind global event that brought together 500 students from around the world. Held at a prestigious venue in Kuala Lumpur, the Olympiad featured rigorous cognitive and practical STEM challenges in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The summit provided an international platform for young minds to showcase their creativity, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving abilities. This achievement marks a new global benchmark in academic excellence and youth engagement in STEM. World Book of Records certificate was formally presented to Dr. Jayamalini Eaganathan, Founder and Managing Director of TMP Little Scientist Research Academy, by Dr. Suchita Shukla and Dr. Tithi Bhalla, esteemed officials of World Book of Records. The ceremony was graced by a host of distinguished delegates from across the globe. Among them were Prof. Datuk Mazrin Rohizaq Bin Che Rose, Group Deputy President II of University of Geomatika Malaysia (UGM), and Prof. Datin Nazirah Mohaizi, Deputy President of the Education Group at University of Geomatika Malaysia. Yang Berhormat Senator Dato Sivaraj A/L Chandran, Ahli Dewan Negara, also attended, lending national significance to the gathering. K. Thinesh Kumar Kamalagaran, the CEO of MindAppz SDN. BHD., was also present, representing innovation in Malaysian education technology. From University of Cyberjaya, Dr. Priya Sukirthanandan, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology, along with Dr. Kannan Ramakrishnan and Dr. Kader Muhammad Kader Ridzwan, contributed their academic leadership to the occasion. International presence included Dr. Sudhan Lamsal, CEO of The Benchmark International Private Limited from Nepal; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung, Founder of the Across The Sky Project and Ms. Dung Abeka Homeschool from Vietnam; and Dr. Ezzat Hassan, Partner & CEO of Alberto Coto for Competitions, Training & Accreditation (ACCTA) in Egypt. Also in attendance were Alberto Coto Garcia, Founder & CEO of ACCTA Spain; Nakashima Osvaldo (ZA), educator, author, and illustrator from Brazil; Tanvirul Haque, Founder & Chairman of Tanvir’s English Care from Bangladesh; and Bibi Sultana Nipu, Senior Teacher at Chattogram Cantonment Public College, also from Bangladesh. Vietnam was further represented by Prof. Dr. Cherry June Maridable of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City. From Pakistan, Prof. Dr. Husnain Mukhdoom, Sheraz Boota, and Muhd Hasnan Tahir Awan brought academic and institutional perspectives to the summit. Sashitharan A/L Paramasivam, Setiausaha Kehormat of MIYC Selangor, also marked his presence, highlighting local organizational support. The delegation from World Book of Records, UK, included Dr. Suchita Shukla and Dr. Tithi Bhalla, who praised TMP’s monumental achievement and reaffirmed their support for initiatives that promote global excellence in education. Dr. Jayamalini, in her address, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the international recognition and emphasized TMP’s ongoing mission to cultivate scientific temper, innovation, and leadership among the youth. “This recognition is not just a milestone for TMP, but a symbol of what youth around the world can achieve through science, collaboration, and dedication,” she remarked.
