Yoga should not be the art of life, but it should be the part of life and those who make it a regular part of life, are set to achieve heights and manifest desired results. One such legendary example is little Aditya Dagar from Jaipur, who has showcased immense and unbelievable physical strength by performing 560 pranayam (a head down yoga position) in the short span of just one hour. Adity who is just 6 years old has phenomenal energy and unfathomable determination to learn things easily and grasps them at lightening speed. The cherry on the cake was added by the special date of his birthday and he performed it live on Facebook. World Book of Records, London is astonished to see the wonder boy's passion and perseverance and includes him in its Kids' edition 2021.
Aditya gives complete credit of such wonderfully tenacious physical training to his father with whom he used to run everyday and gradually was able to set his stamina to the level of running almost 10 kms in a day. That is when his father realised that his son was extraordinary and decided to train him on yet another level through adding yoga to his life and that is how Aditya's journey of Surya Namaskaras got a kick. Never did neither the father nor the son had any inkling about what pinnacles this little wonder will achieve.
His practice sessions have been on religiously from past 2 years and he has been practising yoga daily for 3-4 hours of span. With such diligence and persistence, Aditya is sure to achieve heights in his field of choice. Aditya stands amongst the youngest kids to showcase outstanding performance in his respective field and thus has become inspiration t the whole world. With his diligence and his father's hard work, they have proved it together that anything is possible in this world and the only secret to success is practice.
Aditya's academic progress is amazing and he knows how to balance both the things together. His learning ability is beyond imagination as whatever is taught to him he remembers it so easily that it all seems like a child's play for him. His father decided to train him in physical activity after observing his activeness in physical sports. On being asked about what he wants to become in future when he grows up, Aditya says that he wants to become an IPS officer and wants to serve the nation.
