Leh: Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre Leh (Ladakh) India has been included by World Book of Records for holding mass yoga demonstration at the highest altitude with a maximum number (1000) of participants at the Pangong Tso Lake, Ladakh on 25 June 2024 to mark Week-long International Festival of Yoga and Meditation.The certificate was bestowed to Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena by Dr. Tithi Bhalla and Ms. Akshanshi Vyas, the officials of World Book of Records in the gracious presence of Goswami Sushil Ji Maharaj, Founder & President, Bhartiya Sarva Dharma Sansad, Dr. Binny Sareen, Founder, Global Initiative for Peace and Wellbeing, Mount Abu, Shartse Khensur Rinpochey Jangchup Koeden, General Secretary, International Buddhist Confedration and Swami Dayadhipananda, Medical Superintendent, Ramkrishna Mission Hospital.
