Indore: Shri Jaspal Singh (Ex-IES) & Educator of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India was included in World Book of Records (UK) for maximum UPSC Qualified Candidate Mentored by an Individual as 1396 qualified the Engineering Services Examination (ESE) Conducted by UPSC from 2012 till 31 December 2020 at the age of 36 years.
