For organizing the mass event as Rajiv Gandhi Rural Olympic Games 2022 in categories of 06 games involving the participation of more than 30 lakh villagers of every age group showed stamina in the field and about 10 lakh women 11341 Gram Panchayats of the Rajasthan state.
Jaipur: Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of Rajasthan gets included by World Book of Records for organizing the mass event as Rajiv Gandhi Rural Olympic Games 2022 in categories of 06 games on 29 August 2022 involving the participation more than more than 30 lakh villagers of every age group showed stamina in the field and about 10 lakh women of 11341 Gram Panchayats of the Rajasthan state on the occasion of National Sports day.
The record certificate was received by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan Shri Ashok Gehlot by Mr. Pratham Bhalla, an official of World Book of Records in the gracious presence of Shri Ashok Chandna (Minister of State for Sports – Government of Rajasthan), Dr. Krishna Punia (Chairman – Rajasthan State Sports Council), Dr. Mahesh Joshi (Cabinet Minister – Government of Rajasthan), Shri Naresh Kumar Thakral , IAS (Principal Secretary - Sports and Youth Welfare Department), Shri Dharmendra Rathore (Chairman - RTDC).
