Chennai: Barrister Santosh Shukla (President and CEO, World Book of Records) has announced that   Child Prodigy Master V. Saisaran of Chennai (Tamil Nadu) India has been included by World Book of Records  for being fastest to identify 198 countries national flags with random order in 3 minutes 58 seconds on 3 August 2022 at the age of 4 years 9 months 23 days.

The Certificate of Inclusion was presented digitally to Master V. Saisaran of Chennai by WBR.
