Dubai (UAE): Barrister Santosh Shukla (President and CEO, World Book of Records) has announced that  Master Shivaay Kumar of Dubai (UAE)  has been included by World Book of Records  for reading  201 Pages of 15 Story Books upside down at the tender age of just 4 years, 7 months and 10 days  The Certificate of Inclusion was presented digitally to Master Shivaay Kumar.  Mr. Shukla briefed that Certificate of Record (CoR) is an authenticated document of the certification division of World Book of Records Limited which is bestowed upon a person, place or thing with maintaining specific standards to serve in a concerned field of respected area of activities.
