For being the youngest and fastest track cyclist to ride 500 meters of time trial in 52 seconds.

Chennai: World Book of Records has announced that Child Prodigy Master Rian Kumar S/o Cdr Kumar Animesh, Logistics Officer-INS Adya of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India has been included by World Book of Records for being the youngest and fastest track cyclist to ride 500 meters of time trial in 52 seconds on external Velodrome on a steel bike on 07 May 2023 at the age of 08 years and 06 months.The certificate was bestowed to Master Rian Kumar by Shri Rajesh Shukla and Dr. Rajeev Shrivastav officials of WBR along with Cdr Kumar Animesh, Logistics Officer-INS Adyar Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, Cmde Manish Dhakray, CO–INS Adyar, Cdr Gauri Mishra (Retd.) Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.  On being recognized by the World Book of Records, Master Rian Kumar was congratulated by the Central Working Committee of the World Book of Records and other dignitaries from international scenario.
