London:  World Book of Records has announced that Child Prodigy Master Phyo Thuta Maung from Yangon, Myanmar  has been included by the World Book of Records for for being the youngest reader to read complete sentences of stories in 01 minute on 2 1 May 2023 at the age of 03 years 01 month.. The digital certificate was handed over to Master Phyo Thuta Maung by the World Book of Records. On being recognized by the World Book of Records, Master Phyo Thuta Maung was congratulated by the Central Working Committee of the World Book of Records and other dignitaries from international scenario.
