The Certificate of Inclusion was presented to Mr. Tarang Wadhwani by the officials of the World Book of Records. This was informed by Shri Santosh Shukla, Supreme Court, Advocate (President - World Book of Records). Significantly, Mr. Tarang Wadhwani, age 37, running under the banner of the Academy of Indore Marathoners took upon himself to complete this herculean task of First Indian to finish 15 Official Running Events in 15 Consecutive Months in 15 Different Cities, covering minimum distance of a Half Marathon (21.097 KM). He said that four friends were having a casual discussion, whether it was possible to participate in long-distance running events while maintaining work-life. This gave birth to a challenge of completing at least one official running event each month. To make it more challenging, the team decided to make him run including Half Marathon, Full Marathon & an Ultra Marathon, From Plains to High Mountains, From Road Races to Forest Trails, Events having temperature difference of -3°C to +40°C, Race altitudes from 46 ft. to 17,400 ft., in all four seasons (Summer, Monsoon, Autumn & Winter), A passion run to a Plog run for a social cause, from the confidence of a Half Marathon to the calculative risk of a Half Triathlon and From a National Race Event to an International Race Event. Rigorous training for 456 Days helped them to prove again that "It's Just a Mind Game & Anything is Possible with Consistency." Mr. Tarang & his team say that WBR Certificate is dedicated to all working professionals and non-professionals, trying to remain fit with their busy schedules. They are now giving consultations to encourage Endurance Sports in India.
