London : Barrister Santosh Shukla (President and CEO, World Book of Records) has briefed that Senior British Police Officer Jonathan Osborne of the United Kingdom has been felicitated with a certificate of excellence by World Book of Records for matchless contribution in police services. The Certificate was presented to Jonathan Osborne by H.H. Shri Rajrajeshwar Guruji (International Siddhashram Shakti Center, UK) along with dignitaries. Significantly, the Revd Prebendary Jonathan Osborne, Senior Chaplain to the Metropolitan Police has been appointed a Deputy Priest in Ordinary to the Queen. Deputy Priests in Ordinary, assist at the services in the Chapel Royal are appointed by Her Majesty the Queen, after being recommended by The Lord Bishop of London, the Dean of Her Majesty’s Chapels Royal and the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis. The Chapel Royal refers to an establishment in the Royal Household; a body of priests and singers to explicitly serve the spiritual needs of the sovereign. The term is also, however, applied to those buildings used as chapels by the priests and singers of the Chapel Royal for the performance of their duties. The Chapels Royal are located in St. James’s Palace in London. The Chapel Royal and the Queen’s Chapel, Marlborough Road - and there are private Chapels at Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace. On being felicitated by Certificate of Excellence, Jonathan Osborne was congratulated by members of the Central Working Committee of WBR.
