Barrister Santosh Shukla (President and CEO, World Book of Records) has announced that Scholar Mr. Sagiraju Shashank Dutt of Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) India has been included by World Book of Records for achieving 61 Gold Medals in Competitive examinations, Academic and Co-Curricular activities during his Schooling .
