Indore: Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, Vice-Chancellor, Vikram University, Ujjain, (Madhya Pradesh), India has been appreciated with Certificate of Excellence by World Book of Records for matchless contribution in promoting the educational cause to serve society.
