Kathmandu: The World Book of Records has announced that Mr. Harka Raj Rai "Harka Sampang", Mayor, Dharan Municipality has been bestowed with Certificate of Recognition from World Book of Records.  He was felicitated for immense contribution in espousing social causes and promoting Volunteerism Culture along with bringing Kokaha drinking water to Dharan.
