Master Tanmay Bajaj from Jalandhar (Punjab) gets included by World Book of Records

Little Tanmay has broken all the records of reciting fastest Hanuman Chalisa, Shiv Chalisa and Bajrang Baan at the age of just 7 years 8 months and 10 days

Every man has some religion but not every man is religious. Religion is about dharma and dharma is the path of righteousness. Through walking on the path of righteousness, one can imbibe cultural values. Reciting mantras are gateway to keep oneself sane and going. Adults recite mantras with an intention, but the real prayer is when the mantra is recited with heart and when children do this, a different vibe takes birth. Little Tanmay's saga of reciting Hindu mantras and chalisas speaks volumes about the cultural conditioning. Tanmay who is of just 7 years, 8 months and 10 days has recited Hanuman chalisa in 1 minute 50 seconds,  Shiva Chalisa in 1 minute 58 seconds and Bajrang ban in 1 minute 36 seconds. His astonishing memory has raised many eyebrows and World Book of Records, London proudly adds him in its Kids edition-2021. It is said that brilliance is not born but built over the years, but the conditioning in family is like water to the tree of curiosity and with proper sunlight like warmth from parents works as cherry on the cake and curiosity then can be that magic wand towards elevating oneself to betterment every single day. Tanmay began talking at a very early age and hails from a very religiously spiritual family background where he is blessed to have presence of grand parents around through whom he imbibed values in himself. His proud parents beam with pride when they see him excelling both in studies and also through witnessing his inclination towards religious rituals. When we asked his parents on how they trained him to recite the religious mantras, the answer astonished us. “He has learnt it with his own will and inclination through listening to youtube and his granny. We have never forced him or imposed anything on him.” Tanmay's story showcases the weightage of freedom in parenting style and leaves footprints in hearts. Tanmay's academic performance is also upto the mark and he has always made his whole family proud. His parents and even his neighbours consider Tanmay's every other aspect of success being connected with his spiritual inclination.
