Master Hiran Chakraborty FromAshokenagar, West Bangal Creates World Record as first youngest Indian boy to perform maximum dance forms at a young age of 10 years in 2022
Master Hiran Chakraborty’s journeyto set a World Record started something like this. In a pre-school everybody was preparing for upcoming annual function. Kids and teachers were busy learning and teaching different performances. A 1.5-year-old toddler was just observing the dance and moves silently. His parents and teacher notices that but thought he was too young to be an active participant. But to everybody’s utter surprise, on the annual function day, this boy was performing so wonderfully by just observing and imitating. How a mother’s eye can not see through and recognise her child’s potential? This is when his talent got recognised and started taken forward. At a young age of 10 years, Hiran Chakraborty set a World Record as first youngest Indian boy to perform maximum dance forms at such tender age.
Hiran joined various academies and learnt different dance art forms.At the age of 3, Hiran started learning classical dance.Hiran can perform 12 different dance forms very well. These are:
•Bharatnatyam •Kathak •Gaudiya Nritya•Semi Classical Dance•Folk Dance•Rabindra Nritya•Nazrul Nritya•Patriotic Dance•Creative Dance•Modern Dance•Odissi Dance •Western Dance
On 14th September 2021, Hiran participated in gov. regd. National level dance competition festival named Mahanadi Utsav- 2021 organised by Utkal YuvaSanskrutik Sangh in Cuttack, Odisha. Hiran participated in this and performed 10 different dance forms such as Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Gaudiya Nritya, Semi Classical Dance, Folk Dance, Rabindra Nritya, Nazrul Nritya, Patriotic Dance, Creative Dance and Modern Dance. Hiren got first postion in all of them and won 10 national awards.
He got national awards for: •National Nritya Platinum Award for Bharatnatyam Dance•National Nritya Bivabori Award for Kathak Dance•National Nritya Nataraj Award for Gaudiya Nritya•National Nritya Tejas Award for Semi Classical Dance•National Nritya Kanaka Prabha Award for Folk Dance•National Nritya Shukla Jyoti Award for Rabindra Nritya•National Nritya Yuvraj Award for Nazrul Nritya•National Nritya Saurabhi Award for Patriotic Dance•National Nritya Umang Award for Creative Dance•National Nritya Hemang Award for Modern Dance
On 23rd January 2022, Hiran participated in International Kolkata Winter Festival 2022- organized by Trishram Kala Sangam(gov.reg). Hiran got first position in Odissi Dance and achieved International Golden Lifetron Award for Western Dance he achieved International Nritya Golden Manohar Award by securing first position.
Academically brilliant Hiran wants to be a dancer. He is so much fond of studying Indian history and culture. He loves drawing and knows how to strike balance between dance, study and extra curriculum activities.
