Madhya Pradesh Prosecution Department, Bhopal gets included in World Book of Records, London for 21 cases of Prosecution in a Year.

 

Justice Ramesh Garg has been (Chief Justice, Assam High Court), Dr. Asha Mishra Mathur, IPS (IG - Police) Shri Sanjeev Dubey (Ministry of Defence – Govt. of India), Shri Santosh Shukla (President, WBR & Supreme Court, Advocate), Shri, Vikram Harish Trivedi (Supreme Court, Advocate) presented the certificates.

 

Madhya Pradesh Prosecution Department, Bhopal India has been included by World Book of Records, London for prosecuting 18 conviction cases of Child Rape and 3 murders cases in which District and Session courts of Madhya Pradesh pronounced Capital Punishment as Judgment in a calendar Year from January 01 to 22 December 2018.

 

Shri Rajendra Kumar, IPS (DG, Prosecution) Madhya Pradesh and Ms. Mosami Tiwari, Prosecution Officer have been bestowed the certificate by Justice Ramesh Garg, Chief Justice Retd. (Assam High Court), Dr. Asha Mishra Mathur (IGP Retd) Shri Sanjeev Dubey, Shri Santosh Shukla (President, WBR & Supreme Court Advocate India), Shri, Vikram Trivedi. On this occasion, Dr. Suchita Shukla, Advocate Ashhar Warsi, Shri Amit Kosharwal, Ms. Kavita Sharma, Shri Rajesh Shukla, Er. Surbhi Kaul and other scholars of the judiciary were present.
