Under the gracious presence of Hon'ble MoS Defence, Shri Ajay Bhatt and Lt. Gen Rajeev Chaudhry, VSM, Director General Border Roads, the record certificates were presented to Brig. Gaurav S.  Karki, VSM, Border Roads by Mr. Santosh Shukla, President & CEO, World Book of Records (WBR) accompanied by Mr. Brhamadev Tripathi along with dignitaries.
