Shirdi : World Book of Records has announced Ms. Anjali Abhay Dhanorkar, Deputy Collector, Pune, Maharashtra, India has been felicitated with the Certificate of Excellence of World Book of Records for matchless contribution in administrative services and promoting awareness of literature and other soft skill qualities among youth of the country.
