Secunderabad: World Book of Records has announced that Alama International of Secunderabad, Telangana has been included for conducting an online abacus & mental arithmetic competition of 1500 children from India and 14 other countries who solved 120000 sums in 7 minutes on 28 January 2024. The certificate was presented to Mrs. Padmavathi Muthukumar, Founder, Alama International by Dr. Rajeev Shrivastav, an official of WBR along with other dignitaries on 4 February 2024. On being recognized, Mrs. Padmavathi Muthukumar, Founder was congratulated by the central working committee of World Book of Records and other dignitaries from the international scenario.
