Kigali (Rwanda) : Barrister Santosh Shukla  (President and CEO, World Book of Records) has said that   The certificate of Appreciation of the World Book of Records was presented to Ms. Urvashi Joshi of FCN International American of Kigali, Rwanda by Shri Deepak Shukla (An official of WBR Africa). On this occasion, Dr. S. Jaishankar (External Affairs Minister of India), various prominent personalities and dignitaries were present there.
