Mayor of Ealing (United Kingdom) Cllr Mohinder Midha gets felicitated with Certificate of Excellence byWorld Book of Records

London : Barrister Santosh Shukla (President and CEO, World Book of Records) has announced that  Mayor of Ealing (United Kingdom) Cllr Mohinder Midha has been recognized with the Certificate of Appreciation by the World Book of Records for matchless contribution in civic amenities, healthcare, education and medical services to serve humanity through pioneering leadership.  The certificate of Appreciation was bestowed to Cllr Mohinder Midha by Mr. Pawan Kumar Kailey along with dignitaries at Ealing Town Hall, New Broadway, Ealing. On receiving the Certificate Of Appreciation, Cllr Mohinder Midha expressed gratitude to the World Book of Records.
 
Mr. Shukla briefed that Certificate of Appreciation (CoA) is an authenticated document of the certification division of World Book of Records Limited which is bestowed upon a person, place or thing with maintaining specific standards to serve in a concerned field or respected area of activities. Significantly, Ms. Mohinder K Midha wrote history after becoming the first Dalit woman mayor in the United Kingdom. The Indian-origin politician is a leader of the opposition party UK Labour Party. Midha has been elected as the Mayor of the Ealing Council in west London. She has been elected for the term of 2022 and 2023 at a council meeting. Midha has been re-elected as a Labour councillor for the Dormers Wells ward in the Ealing Council in May 5 elections. Before this, she was serving as the Deputy Mayor of the council. A part of the manifesto that she campaigned on for the election stated that if elected she will handle issues like cost of living, post-pandemic recovery, violent crimes and anti-social behaviour. “Fixing social care. Re-growing, rewilding and recycling, delivering more genuinely affordable homes,” the manifesto also stated. Ealing London Borough Council is the local authority for the London Borough of Ealing in Greater London, England. It is one of the 32 borough councils in the United Kingdom’s capital city London.  On being recognized by World Book of Records, London (UK), Cllr Mohinder Midha was congratulated by members of the Central Working Committee of WBR and other dignitaries from the international scenarios. #WBR
