Indore : International  singer, songwriter, author, record producer, performer, and environmentalist Shri Daler Mehndi has been bestowed with the  Green Ambassador of World Book of Records, INC, United States of America   for his contribution in for promoting and preserving environment , awareness of global warming issues. He has taken an initiative for planting one lakh plants in this Monsoon to celebrate Greenery Celebration (Hariyali Mahotsav ). The certificate of Green Ambassador was presented by Smt. Malini Laxmansingh Gaur (Mayor of Indore Municipal Corporation) and Usman Khan (Music Director, Mumbai) along with other guests. This was informed by Shri Santosh Shukla (President, World Book of Records INC, United States of America).

 

Shri Shukla said that Green Ambassador- a global initiative of World Book of Records, INC, United States of America  that inspires and motivates people and organization across the world for promoting and preserving environment , awareness of global warming issues and plantaion activities to support  conservation of nature and our planet.

USA, , Shri Daler Mehndi was  congratulated by Shri Virendra Sharma (Member of Parliament, England), Dr. Diwakar Sukul (Chairman, World Book of Records, London), Shri Santosh Shukla (President, World Book of Records USA), Shri Prakash Sharma (World Book of Records, Inc. USA ),  and other dignitaries from international scenario.
