Pawan Kumar Chamling Ji

India's only Organic state, Sikkim's Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling makes his entry into World Book of Records for serving his state and country for the maximum duration of time, beating Jyoti Basu's record from West Bengal by forming his own party "Sikkim Democratic Front". Sikkim is also known as the Indias only complete Organic State, Sikkim attained this status through a declaration in 2016 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
