The Committee of World Standardization Certification (WSC) has certified The Dwarika's Hotel of Nepal for having scope of activities as one of the hotels serving with trust in services and offers a wide range of amenities along with quality services. The certificate of World Standardization Certification has been bestowed to Smt. Ambika Shrestha and Ms. Sangeeta of Dwarika's Hotel by Shri Kalraj Mishra, Former Union Minister, GOI. On this occasion, Shri Santosh Shukla, Advocate (President, World Standardization Certification) said that WSC has certified the management system of the organization has been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements. Significantly, Dwarika's Hotel was registered in 1977 and established by Shri Dwarika Das Shrestha in Kathmandu Nepal, with the idea of reviving the architectural splendour of the valley. All the terracotta work was made in the valley, using local clay and skills. The couple also incorporated elements of Nepal's diverse cultural heritage, including those from beyond the valley, when designing the rooms. On being certified with WSC, Smt. Ambika Shrestha and Ms. Sangeeta have been congratulated by Shri Virendra Sharma (Member of Parliament, England), Dr. Diwakar Sukul (Chairman, World Book of Records, London), Dr. Sonia Rawat (President, New Delhi, WBR), Shri Sagar Katwal (Incharge, WBR, Nepal) and other dignitaries.
